1. Service Area Policy

Knot Bread Bakery provides products and catering services exclusively within South Florida, limited to Palm Beach County and Broward County.
We do not offer delivery, pickup, shipping, or catering outside of these service areas.

Palm Beach County Cities Served Include (but are not limited to):

West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lake Worth Beach, Boynton Beach, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Greenacres, Jupiter, Lantana, Atlantis, Palm Springs.

Broward County Cities Served Include (but are not limited to):

Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Davie, Plantation, Sunrise, Lauderhill, Margate, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, North Lauderdale, Hallandale Beach, Dania Beach, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Weston.

Knot Bread Bakery reserves the right to decline any order outside these locations.

2. Ordering Policy

  • All orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise approved.

  • Large catering orders may require minimum 5–7 days’ notice.

  • Orders are not confirmed until payment is received or a confirmation message is issued by Knot Bread Bakery.

  • Product availability may vary by season and inventory.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments may be made via Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or approved electronic payment methods.

  • A deposit may be required for large catering orders.

  • Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup, unless arranged otherwise.

  • All deposits are non-refundable after preparation has begun.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders canceled more than 48 hours before fulfillment may receive a partial refund.

  • Orders canceled within 48 hours of delivery/pickup are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient costs.

  • Knot Bread Bakery does not issue refunds for dissatisfaction related to personal taste preferences, but we will gladly address concerns on a case-by-case basis.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within our approved service area only.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details, gate codes, and instructions.

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability may incur additional fees.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen delays.

6. Product Handling & Freshness

  • All breads are baked fresh on the day of fulfillment.

  • Once delivered or picked up, customers are responsible for proper storage and food safety handling.

  • Knot Bread Bakery is not liable for spoilage caused by improper storage or delays in consumption.

7. Allergens & Food Safety

  • Products may contain or come into contact with gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, or other allergens.

  • Customers must inform Knot Bread Bakery of any allergies before placing an order.

  • While we take care in preparation, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free product.

8. Catering Terms

  • Catering setup, serving, and cleanup services are available upon request and subject to additional fees.

  • Menu substitutions or special requests must be approved in advance.

  • Final headcount for catered events must be confirmed 72 hours prior.

  • Knot Bread Bakery reserves the right to adjust pricing for custom or large-volume orders.

9. Website, Marketing & Branding

  • All logos, branding, product names, images, and marketing materials of Knot Bread Bakery are protected and may not be reproduced without written permission.

  • Customers may share photos of purchased items but may not alter or misrepresent the brand.

10. Limitation of Liability

Knot Bread Bakery is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control

  • Damages to products after handoff

  • Health issues arising from known or undisclosed allergies

  • Misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of products

11. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Knot Bread Bakery, the customer agrees to all policies, terms, and conditions listed on this page.
Knot Bread Bakery reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time.
